‹ Back Save game..Covid19-Pandemic Has A Purpose
Look, it's been a year just staying at home". Isn't it like a nightmare?
To be honest, I dreamt of having a long vacation just to rest my brain cells thinking about a lot of school stuff.
I wanted a break.
That's why when this corona outbreak occurred and lockdowns happened, I've asked myself if, is this the answer of my dreams- a long vacation.
The sad part is, every little thing I've seen and heard were all heartbreaking.
Articles and news in and out the media were all about the outbreak, the pandemic.
A lot of nonstop reports about the alarming case of the virus. It keeps on increasing every single day.
Imagine, we already suffered by just simply staying home how much more to those who were infected and vulnerable.
Aside from that, the blame. the fight. The questions rant on social media.
Are we really healing as one? I blame no one. I don't or even pick a fight with those who disagree with me just to make them hear my voice.
All I have is silent why. A lot of questions are in my head.
Why is this happening?
Why do we need to encounter a painful situation like this?
Until when?
To all those who dreamt of having a long vacation, this may be a dream come true but I would rather wake up and go back to the reality I was before the pandemic.
Now let me put God's words,
John6:35
"And Jesus said to them, " I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst".
John 16:20
"Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice, and you will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy."
Acts2:21
"And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
It is not a dream. God never answers a dream like this. This pandemic has a purpose.
It is just spreading in regions. It is just spreading to all of us. The words are there.
The message is delivered to each one of us.
We should wake up to the reality that the life we've cared so much about, the life we live fully, is not really ours, but a borrowed one.
Maybe, no not (maybe) I am sure God wanted us to surrender our lives to Him. That we must live according to His will and believe that He is in control of everything.
No more choice, game over..
