You agree to give a leg to the creature with the spiky chin. The doctor immediately rushes you into the operating room where the surgery to remove your leg is over before you can even ask, "Is this going to take long?"
You are given a mechanical leg as a replacement, which you're hobbling around on as your former flesh and blood is being grafted onto the alien general. When the transplant is finished, he looks like an alien with a disproportionate human leg.
"Wait a minute," the doctor tells you. "This is why your blood is so special." You watch as the leg begins to transform and take on the size and shape of the alien's natural leg. Afterwards, you can't even tell it's been replaced!
"Amazing!" you say. "Does my own leg grow back?"
The doctor laughs. "No, don't be silly."
As the doctor is putting a mechanical leg onto the other general, the one with the bushy eyebrows, the spiky-chin one comes over to talk to you.
"Thank you," he says. "You have saved my people. Now that I am fully restored, I can continue to lead them in battle against these stupid Kulls." He looks over his shoulder at the other general.
"I thought you wanted to broker peace!" you say.
He laughs. "I did, when I thought I might end up at a disadvantage from him. But now that I've got this--" he stomps his new foot a few times and you wince as if he's stomping your own foot, "--I can do as I please!"
After that, both of the generals leave the spacestation, heading back down to the planet to continue their fighting. No peace was brokered and many, many more innocent beings will die as the slaughter continues...but, hey, at least you got a cool robot leg!
