Through writing, I am able to fully express myself- words that my mouth can't tell.
For me, it's way easier than shouting out loud.
Other than it relieves my stress, it also allows me to express observations about nature, feelings, knowledge and reflect on life experiences that I have encountered in my life.
Every time I write and publish something I’m practicing being courageous which has truly helped me to evolve as a person.
